La With women in power and in various positions in government, it creates a better balance in politics; it makes the world a better place for humankind and other creatures great and small. As co-chair of the Endorsement Committee, I am extremely involved in recruiting, training, and helping local women get elected to office/ Even women who don't win their first race gain valuable experience in politics, and they start a step higher when they run again.
